Join us for a lunchtime presentation & progress report on on-going research to better understand the impact of home gardening on Carlisle borough households.

Student researchers and Burpee Fellows, Dee Findlay and Maeve Thistel will provide an update on their summer work and on-going research to explore how home gardening in the borough can improve household-level dietary diversity, food security, and biodiversity. Come and learn about the cool projects that they have initiated this summer to engage the community in small-scale food production.
