Dickinson’s international business & management major is distinctive and useful.
Most liberal arts colleges do not offer a business major. Dickinson does.
Our faculty teach students about the key functional areas of business as well as newly emerging trends, issues and strategic challenges confronting business organizations. To further enrich the student experience, our faculty work with faculty and staff responsible for other majors, off-campus internships, study abroad programs and sustainability and community engagement initiatives. Taken together, coursework and experiential learning help undergraduates cultivate creative and critical-thinking capabilities, facility in foreign language and comfort in roles that call for leadership, teamwork, collaboration and intercultural awareness.
Graduating seniors are prepared to successfully take first professional steps. As well, they have the type of strong foundation necessary for lifelong learning and advancement as the 21st century unfolds.

“Going to college in a different country was a risk, but I wanted a well-rounded, practical education that would help me discover my potential, remain true to myself and, eventually, make a difference in the world. Thankfully, Dickinson ended up being more than I hoped for, intellectually, socially and spiritually, and I have never regretted becoming a part of this institution.”
